Cel c a cramp

Been a customer of cel c 18 years I recently app**** for a new device online which is a nightmare compared to in store applications or upgrades got authorised etc during the application call I asked the operator if my car licence renewal form would be a valid proof of adress and she said yes but when delivery occurred it was denied and was instructed to get a bank statement rather.i find it ludicrous that a loyal customer must go through such beaurocratic bull as the telecom companies use proof of adress as an absolute only since the dept of transport decided it was a good thing to hinder the general public with another useless piece of paper when they have me on 2 other contracts that are always paid up loyalty only works one way it seems I can change my adress on my banking ap in a blink of an eye same as on there ap and did I say I have 2 contracts already. Instore upgrades requires I'd only ffs.i just changed my vodacom plan to a data plan and my renewal printed government document was accepted this last application has been a nightmare from the start I waited 2 months for my device and yes cel c go listen to the voice recordings she said it OK.sort out your delivery bs and treat ur loyal customers better proof of adress is a dumb requirement as anyone can move in days can get minister or parent to state u live wherever and u could be gone by month end a valid ID is best and customer loyalty can't believe u don't accept a government document only there policy and we both know that goes Disappointed by your service BTW I got no signal at my home and yet I'm still with u if u look at my call history u will c seldom from my proof of residence same with data etc Sobin summary why ask proof of adress from existing customer makes no sense just waste of paper
