Cel C

On the 3 of March 2018, I phoned CEL C as i am due for an upgrade. The gentleman on the phone helped me by telling me about the different options available, as i dont know all the phones he explained to me , i asked to go online on my laptop and go have a look at them he agreed took my number and said he will contackt me in an half an hour. that never happened.The next day March 4 2018 i went on the CEL C website and app**** online where it said i will be contackted shortly by an agent, still no one dit up untill about 5.20 pm that afternoon, where I then told the sales lady I am playing bowls can she please phone me tomorow morning at 9 AM 5th of March 2018, It is now 3.10 pm and still no one contackted me. I have been a customer for 10 years with CEL C but off late there service is terible.
