Free installation and free router does not apply if the previous owners at your house already had Wi-Fi cell c forces you to keep their installation even if it is in the toilet or under the bed they work with openserve and are to lazy to honour their contract when you sent them emails they have the worst automated system that keeps telling you case closed absolutely a nightmare to work with
