I am absolutely disgusted in CellC - I fully paid up my account with CellC on 02 March 2023. You then have the audacity to give my details to a number of collection agencies to collect the amount that was paid up - CSS Solutions and Brooks & Luyt - just to name two - how many times do you want to collect this paid up amount?
I sent an email on 22 August 2023 and you rep**** saying that the matter had been escalated - NO RESPONSE YET - and meanwhile I am being harassed by these vultures - YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.
Please stop this madness immediately - DISGUSTING

20 Sept 2023, 13:34That is not true - I did speak to her last week - read my message properly - I received a SMS today that said my case has been resolved - yet I have not been told what the resolution is - that is the only number I have - I am actually very busy so I am not just waiting for your people to call me - you can also send me the resolution outcome by email

CSS managed to phone me 6 times on Friday so I don't know how you can say that you can't get hold of me. There was also a very rude person from CSS called Elisha Fredericks that called me late on Friday evening - really, really rude.
My number is *** - that is my only number.
I actually do not really need you to call me - what I need is for CSS to stop calling me
