***** case unresolved

I had someone *****ulently open a Cell C cellphone contract in my name and to this day Cell C has not gotten back to me. It as been over 2 months. There is no way nothing is traceable about this, also the person got away with it because in all likelihood their systems are flawed in the first place. Whenever I call Customer Care to enquire they are also not helpful.
