Case That takes 3 Months to sort out

They took money from my account without permission and have contacted them countless times to sort out the case and they never seem to sort it out this happend last year and until today nothing and also have sent them a letter from the lawferm that have no service whatsoever and doesn't apply to their adverti*****t saying that the power is in your hands i am unhappy about Cell C Service and the Management that simply don't care about their customers.
