Case of *****.

I Mr AA Theron would like to share my review with regard to a case of ***** which I logged with Cell C on the 29/4/2020 my complaint with to them was that my Bank Account was debited with an unauthorized amount of money when I called Cell C to dispute the incorrect debit order Cell C told me that i upgraded to a new contract which I never did the supposed contract in question expired at the end of April and i phoned them in March to cancel the contract when it has ran its course. In any case they did acknowledge my email of complaint on 30/4/2020 they told me that my case would be investigated on the 15/5/2020 they told that case was escalated but up until now they never got back and since then i keep on following up via email and telephone to no avail i even went to their office and i was told that they can't assist me with the matter since then they keep on debating my bank account this is ******* as im paying for something i never signed for. My case number with them is: case number :***. Please help me Hello Peter as Cell C keeps on debiting my bank account *******ly and I need to pay my other Creditors.
