Case Number *** - Cell C

Case Number ***. So after requesting the recording of my conversation in 2021, I was told I had to go to a cell c store to listen to the recording, I was told there is a branch and the K90 Center in Boksburg. The managing office of this center said there is no Cell C branch in the center. I don't understand why the recording can be sent to the center, but not to my phone. I cancelled this contract and I have just recalled that this contract had 2 numbers 1 for air time and 1 for data, both numbers were issued with initial contract. So How can they cancel only 1 number if this is a single contract. People be careful, there are many loop holes in these contracts. My nephew and his wife live in Poland, and she was told that she has to go into the branch to cancel. She is in POLAND
