Case Nr - *** (STILL NO RESPONSE)

I really need feedback and help on my issue below. I simply can’t wait any longer. I’m going to take this matter further and place it on Hello Peter as many times as possible. Untill this is resolved. And If I need to escalate the matter to higher levels I will certainly do so.

Please don't even call and make arrangements again. It's all empty promises.

On 23rd of December it will be 2 months I’m waiting just to pick up a phone. This is ridiculous.

After the collection of the phone. I’m no longer interested to renew my contract with Cell C. I’m fed up really. My contract expires somewhere in January then I’m going to cancel. I’ve been a client for Cell C for many, many years and this is the way I get treated.
