I am having network problems yet again due to your bad service, a consultant by the name of Emmanuel Nkuna to find out if I have been alright, when I explained about the tower issues I am having in ur area Protea Glen he bluntly told me that cellc cannot afford to erect a tower as cellc has a budget they need to consider before anythng, in other words you as a cell c are telling us as your clients to leave the network and use another network
