Careless regional manager and bad shopping experience

Cell c is offering bad customer service for its customers and they do not care, they will promise you a phone that in stock and promised to order it, nor fetch from nearby stores. You will be in for a surprise the next thing when escalating the matter to the regional matter he is so useless and confident enough to say the matter is beyond their control therefore the is nothing they can do, without trying to do anything. Whereas the phone I wanted was in store but refuse with it. Guys don’t do business with this people the treat their customers unequal and they delay orders without caring.
