Cap Limit Increase without notice
<p>I have 2 x Smartdata 5 GB postpaid (R99.00 special for 24 months) contracts with Cell C with a Cap of R50.00 per contract. Without notice they started charging me the last two months an extra R50.00 on the CAP. I have NOT AGREED to this or was contacted at all by Cell C. After I have emailed them today 29/11/2016 a lady from Cell C phone me to advise that this cannot be changed back and that the CAP is now R100.00. So now Cell C take a extra R100.00 plus VAT a month from me.This is unacceptable and I will not accept anything other than the contract I signed for. The want to migrate me to a top up which will cost R199.00 per contract per month.</p>
