cant upgrade my contract urgent assistance required

I have had a cell C contract for the last 10 years *** I went for an upgrade with Migration on Saturday the lady Andrea at Clearwater is a superstar she assisted with everything after sitting there for almost an hour credit control advises her that we cant upgrade because I am on debt review ,I have settled this in March 21 have all my clearance certificates and got my transunion report as well as my experian report I am not listed as under debt review with any of this credit companies WHERE DOES CELL C GET THIS LSTING FROM?Anrea couldnt check this info for me I cant get an upgrade and when i tried to cancel the contract they try to refer me to retentions so cell c wont give me an uprade ,and they wont cancel my contract, how does this work,who does cell do the credit checks with because according to my credit reports and the call center agent at transunuion confirmed this morning 10.01.2022 debt review was removed more than 6 months ago,two months ago i got my second bond approved but CELL C sees me under debt review but where?
