cant rica sim

I wanted to Rica a sim by pep on cell c as I already got 5 sim cards under my name on Prepaid that my family r using and I wanted to port in to cell c with the sim bt the lady told me that tr did come. A block up saying that I did rica the maximum number of sim cards which is 53 I never did Rica so much b4 and as far as I kow there is no limit as to how much sim cards you can Register And now I dont Kow wat to do get back to me asap I am very unhappy this need to me s****d out
