cant make calls

I got my new contract on the 25th of september. I Still cant make calls or send smsses! Still not. They are sending my phone to joburg to see whats hoing on. But in the meantime i have No phone and cant take out another contract because i cant cancell this contract. This is pathetic pathetic service. All i want to do is cancell the co tract so i can get better service from Different supplier. Can someone Pls contact me with a SOLUTION to this problem.
