CANT KEEP PROMISES!!!
Is there no decency in the people working at Cell C? Do you have no ethics? <br> <br> Your service is disgusting and pathetic. <br> <br> Can a manager please call as WE are Fed up of dealing people who cant deliver.<br> <br> This was a simple process, lost all faith in this company.
