Cant Keep a Promise

Earlier this year I had big problems with Cell C, as they billed me in to the thousands for an account that was to my understanding only to be no more than R149.00 per month. It took 4 months to sort out the mess - with the understanding that there would now be a limit on this. Buttt nooo! They can even keep to an agreement. <br> I was billed and charged R765.98! This is R616.98 over my limit. <br> <br> I am tired of Cell C not being able to stick to any agreements. I have reported them to Icasa. I am reversing this debit order. and I want this contract cancelled now!<br> <br>
