Cant get them to stop deducting stop orders after cpntract finnished

Have been try to cancel a contract that came to an end since sept they are still trying to take money off and now phoning to say account is in arrears we have sent emails we have ref numbers but they just dont stop worst service ever dont ever use them they are ******
