Cant get story straight when signing new contract

<p>I went to CellC Matlossna Mall on 03/04/2017 with my mother in law in order for her to sign a new data contract. First we were told we needed six months bank statments due to her being a pensioner. No Problem ,we had the last six months statements the she recived through the post. Sales person said that she has been approved but only needs a bank stamp on the statments. So we made copies and had it stamped at the bank. Back at the shop we were then told that we still need the stament for March 2017. Ok now a 72 year old lady needs to go to the bank a second time to get one more statment and have it stamped. Back at the shop now we are told that the previously accepteabile statmens are no longer acceptabile and my mother in law needs to go back to the bank again, stand in line to get new statments for the last six months. All in all a two and a halfhour ordeal for a 72 year old lady. In the end CellC you lost the business and we decided to go with another provider. Question? Why tell us she has been approved, then no more paperwork, then no the paper work is not right, need more. How can a mailed bank statment not be considered transactional proof? </p> <p> </p> <p>Worst experince ever.</p>
