Can't get hold of the legal department!

Please, I have been on hold for half an hour, twice, trying to get hold of your legal department. I paid off my contract ( ********** 308) and cancelled it about 6 months ago but it still appears on my credit report. I am calling with my own airtime as I am not a cell c user! Please contact me urgently on ********** 977
