Cant get hold of the call centre at Cell c

I tried phoning cell c regarding my account at cell c. Everytime I try to call and follow the prompts, the call gets cut.

My question to cell c is how are you delivering service delivery when customers that want to contact you phones and their calls get cut 2 days on a row.

The fees goes up and the service delivery just goes further down the drain.
