Cant Get An Account Closed.
I have chosen to express my dissatisfaction with Cell C after attempting to close an account from September 2017. After 7 calls and confirmation that the account will be closed, I am still being debited from C Cell. I have always received awesome service from C Cell, and fail to understand why a simple account takes so long to be closed. I requested two accounts to be closed at the same time, one was closed and the other is causing so much frustration.
