Cell C is horrible!!!!

CONSULTANTS ARE SARCASTIC AND DOESNT TRANSFER YOU TO THE MANAGER AS YOU REQUEST ( ZANELE) AND THE MANAGER (KABELO) CANT EVEN ASSIST. THERES A REASON ITS CALLED A CALL CENTER SO I DONT HAVE TO STAY OUT OF WORK JUST FOR A DAMN SIM SWAP AND GO INTO THE CELL C STORE AND WASTE MY TIME!

MAYBE ONE SHOULD JUST CALL THE OMBUDS TO GET EFFICIENT HELP. I mean the sim I was using was registered under my grandmoms name so is so old and so sick and you guys expect me to bring her to the store with her id which is sooo not possible all I want to do is a damn sim swap that's it as ive been using the number for God knows how many years now.
