Cant even cancel a month to month contract with over 30 days notice

Well this is horrible, i have requested from an email to have my month to month contract cancelled,. This was on the 12 of Jan already and there was a very quick and fast responsive mail that said our retentions department will contact you in two business days. Now from what i understand im not sure whether you are trying to phone the cell c number that cant take calls or if is just a lack of service. There has not even been a mail to me that even asks me if there is another way to contact me but man Feb the bill came, Today the bill came. I have given you more than 30 days to cancel the contract and you have not even tried in the slightest to assist me.
