Can't even cancel a contract!!

I was really hoping not to have to do this but cell c have left me no choice.

I called on 9 January 2023 to cancel my contract and was told it was sent for review to someone in the back office and that I would get a call within 48 hours confirming the cancelation. Well I never got the call. I called back on 12 January 2023 to follow up and was told I would get a call by the end of the week. Well we are now on Saturday and still no call. I just want to cancel my ****ing contract! I WILL NOT PAY FOR ANOTHER MONTH DUE TO YOUR INCOMPETENCE!! Cancel my damn contract TODAY!
