Can't do sim swap - Need the ***** Department
Bad service just to do a sim swap. My mom lost her phone, she may find it, but like an old person I do not think so. I have another phone for her to use. But this guy that need to do the sim swap need to report it at the ***** department. Apparently the sim is still in use, and I am not the person that verify all my details. If that is how they want to do business no wonder they are going down.

I have purchase a new sim and supp**** the number but still it was said it has to go to the ***** department. I do not know what the ***** department will do, phone my mom and arrest her?
She has Alzheimer and do leave her things behind or snug it some place. Now I want to know why you need to contact her when the (Cell Phone Contract) number and Sim is in my name?? I took it out on my name. So the contract has nothing to do with her so why would you want to contact a lady that will not understand you when you phone her. *****???? Wow ???
