CANT DO SIM SWAP

Lost my phone a month ago, Now Cell C wont assis me with doing a Sim Swap.Verification question for sim swap im failing even though im answering thenm correctly and they cant do anything about... now im paying 500+ for services im not even recieving... Dissapointed...
