CANT CANCEL - ZERO CUSTOMER CARE - NO ONE SEEMS TO WORK THERE

They keep renewing the contract past its agreement expiration date. I sent a note of cancellation to cell c in May 2020 - and have sent reminders in August 2021 - however, 2 years of requesting lines to be cancelled has been unsuccessful and they continue to bill me even though the lines are suspended and I cannot make use of the services they are billing for. It is outrageous. If you are wanting to email the ceo of cell c then you cant. The CEO email address or domain has triggered a Blocked Senders Policy or there's a SPF hard rejection.
