Cant cancel my data sim with cell c

My upgrade date has been the 2 June 2018 and i want to cancel it but now it seems when i need cell c to call me to do this now they dont do that when they been calling in the week now that i need assistance they dont do that ive emailed them 3 times already still no answer....

is there anyone that can do the job properly please or im taking it further

I would appreciate that very much. As my daughter told the consultant who called that they could call back later when i was at home an did not do so either So i would appreciate it if i could receive a call on my ********** 798 number at 13.35 an not my other cell number as it is currently not available at present thank you for your time hoping to hear from cell c soon to have this sorted out

The call i received did not help me as i was informed i could only do a cancellation in August of my cell c account,i want to close my account as cell c customer service is not what it use to be its very disappointing as i have been a very loyal customer for years now
