Can't Cancel Contract

I have been trying to cancel my contract for months but they cannot tell me how their cancellation fee is calculated. Out of the 20ish emails I have sent, they have only rep**** to two both with conflicting calculations. Their call center waiting times are beyond 10 minutes and when they transfer me the call just cuts.
