CANT BLOCK MY ****** SIM CARD !!!!!!

I am a rica'd sim card holder of cell c and my sim card was ****** awhile back. I used this card at the time of my divorce as my ex husband was harassing me. I called to block this number as I am the rica's owner and told I cannot do so as I have failed the systems questions because I cannot give numbers of who I last called from that number.

Please explain to me, my card was ******, how am I to know when last it was recharged, and with how much and who the last called numbers are on the sim card. ITS BEEN ****** AND I CAN SEE IT IS BEEN USED AS IT COMES UP ON MY PHONE AS MY OTHER NUMBER AND IS CURRENTLY ACTIVE.

PLEASE BLOCK THAT NUMBER!!!!
