Can't blacklist my lost phone - sent from pillar to post
I have been calling Cell C to blacklist my phone and the agents that I speak to tell me that they are unable to do and will escalate the request. Every single time when I call to follow up I am told that my previous request could not be done because there is no IMEI number provided. I have provided the IMEI number with every single call. I am now stuck without a phone, no police case number and no hope of claiming from the insurance for my lost phone.
