CANT ACTIVATE NEW SIM

After being with Cell C for well over 10 years with at least 3 contracts at a time I have had more than enough of how useless cell c is<br> I recently had to renew my contract, went through the nightmare process with Cell C direct. eventually I received my new phone and was told the sim would be active within 48 hours of switching the phone on. It has been two weeks and it is still not on. I have been through the call center endless times and even had to verify my id again( funny that i did not need this when i renewed my contract, I simply got the phone) and it is still not on. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get it to activate. I have failed the stupid security questions for no reason and just get told that the useless agent cant help.<br> <br> I plan to cancel all my contracts as I have had enough of Cell C. Im paying exorbitant fees for a phone I cant use!
