Cannot transfer data - i have 190000 mega bytes available.

I purchased 5GB of data in the middle of the month. At the end of the month i purchased 200GB of data.

I transferred data to my retired mother (2GB). She was happy as i surprised her. A week later she asked for more data. When i tried to transfer data again, it said i have no data available.

I checked and saw that i actualy have 190000 MB available. Yes, 190000 mega bytes. On investigation, i see that i transferred what data i had available under the 5GB data, but could not do the same with the 200GB.

So Cell C, clearly you're silent on certain things. This is the 3rd time im buying 200GB of data - not once have i seen anythig to the effect that i cannot transfer data.

Honest question? why are you so ************?

More disgusted than ever. Cell C intentionally stops you from transferring your data.? And please.stop hiding behind the fine print. Be proud that you discriminate. How low can you stoop cell c? An6ways. This is an ICASA issue. Why cant I transfer my own data?
