Cannot swap sims

The sim I'm using is a micro and my new Samsung uses a nano. The Cell C shop sold me a new nano, and ricad it. They said it would cost R10 to swap the sims at the shop or I could call 140 customer care. So customer care said they can't swap a ricad simcard . Cell C is like its signal. Terrible service.
