Cannot stop debit orders - Bad Service

<p>I have stopped my contract that has ended over a year ago. The debit order and contract was stopped for 30th December 2016..... Last payments was made and proof was send to Cell C on the last request of this problem....... They are now again running a debit order against my account which has been inactive from last year already and have been paid to date...... Proof was mailed to them as well. </p> <p> </p> <p>I just reverted the last 2 debit orders run this month for a R1000 and R414.72.........</p> <p> </p> <p>If at all possible I would also like to get Cell C to pay for my cost to reverse these debit orders......</p> <p> </p> <p>Cell C is the worst provider I have ever used to date.</p>
