Cannot seem to get it right

Had a query regarding my contract which was seemingly sorted out by Thapelo. Checked this morning and my 1 gig data which I asked for was not added on again and instead 500mb was added. What is going on. Is there a problem with your staff or is your system not up to scratch. Get this staff member to call me.
