Cannot move or restore fibre after C-Fibre stopped debiting my account

C-Fibre stopped billing me due to their incompetence. My bank statements show no attempts by C-Fibre to debit my account. Funds have always been available and I have never changed any billing details.

Although this was an administrative error on Cell-C's behalf I sent an EFT of the full amount they wrongfully did not debit to ensure my service.

Long story short they cut-off my service in any event although payment is reflecting up to date. When I ask them to enable my fibre one department says the account is up to date and they will get the technicians to reenable my fibre. A few days later another department other says they cannot reactivate my service as the account is in arrears. This back and forth has been going on for weeks!

I tried to move my fibre to another ISP but they will not until this dispute is settled.

I cannot do my studies without internet, this is more than an inconvenience!

Proof of payment made over a week ago sent to ********** at 9am this morning. This is about the 5th time I am sending the proof of payment to various agents! Again, the only reason payment fell behind is due to Cell-C not billing me in the first place then cutting my line due to their incompetence. I have attached an official proof of bank account information to the mail to ensure Cell-C copy and paste correctly. And bill me accordingly. As usual not so much as a reply from ********** that anybody is working on this. My email has again gone into an inbox which will days before they reply. Monies payed seem to fall into a black hole at Cell-C! Let me remind you this has been going on for 3 weeks with various conflicting responses for departments and agents.

Having just called the C-Fibre/Cell-C call centre. That agent advised me that this case has been closed and resolved with the note that "the account in arrears and no further action required". This is NOT resolved! This after I raised this hellopeter review. No wonder its can't be tracked by Cell-C if case numbers are closed without advising the client to the resolution. I sent proof of payment attached but my agent Masego took it upon herself to close the case in any event. After she confirm that she opened the email I sent her directly with proof of payment attached. I would love to retrieve this recording where she says my account is in order and she will send me the proof by mail. That mail obviously didn't arrive in my inbox. My new case number (of many that have been opened and closed) is ********** 120. Get with it Cell-C. I will be posting a new review everyday if every case I raise get closed for the incorrect reason.
