Cannot make Cell C to Cell C calls or call the Cell C service center

I've called Cell C customer service center for the past week, complaining of not being able to make calls to Cell C numbers including the 084135 and 084145, when I try to make the calls, it says "the number you have dailed does not exist" So, 5 days ago Cell C logs a case for me and promises resolve on the matter within 2 days of logging the case, 2 days later, they close the case, with no resolution and send me an sms asking if I'm happy with their service, is this a joke. I call the service center again and again, each agent says that Cell C is currently having a problem with their service and their technicians are working on it, and THERE IS NO SET TIME FRAME FOR THIS PROBLEM TO BE RESOLVED. So now, do i keep paying for a service that's not being rendered, because if I'm R10 short in paying my bill, my services are cut off. The rest of my family are also on Cell C, and yes you guessed it, we cannot call each other, even in an emergency.
