Cannot get through to sales..

I saw a special on the Cell C website for R429 for a 100mbps line….and I have been trying to contact your sales teams since I can’t do it on the website, I hols on for 30 minutes then the IVR tells me “It seems we have a technical problem, call again later maybe it will be sorted out”….you call back later still the same issue…I am realy interested in this special, can I have someone from your sales team call me ASAP please….
