cannot get through the call centre agent,

hi I've been having a problem with disappearing airtime on my phone, all my apps are background restricted yet every time i load airtime it just disappears in seconds. i have been trying to get through the call centre agents via 147 and 084147 but its only voice prompts, faulty when it tries to put me through an agent. this has been very frustrating for weeks now.
