Cannot get hold of anyone at legal department

I took out a contract with Cell C for a home router, for which I will get 100gigs per month for R538,00. From the start Cell C dedudted more than the agreed monthly installment. Cell c deducted between R2000-R3000 per month. I complained about this matter. The matter was then esculated to their departments(which one i do not know) and subsequently my contract was just ended and they did this all unilaterally. I tried calling Cell C on numerous occassions, they put me through to their legal department but no one ever picks up the phone. I have lost alot of money trying to fix this problem as I have to buy airtime to call them and they keep me on hold for more then an hour after which I have to end the call. I also had to buy data for myself now and it is alot of money after I had a contract and they just ended it. I am seriously considering taking legal steps. Cell C your service is really bad. You not looking after your customers and you are slowly losing them. I have nothing good to say about my experience with you. I cannot even get hold of someone to help me, after you deduct 1000’s of Rands from my account
