Cannot get Cell C to cancel Getmore subscription

<p>I have tried numerous times to cancel the getit subscription which I never signedup for in the first place. It is now 18 months later and still no joy. When I phone they acknowledge that I have previously cancelled and someone will call me in a couple of days to arrange the refund- STILL WAITING!!!!!! As far as I am concerned this is ***** and they just seem to be getting away with it!</p>
