CANNOT GET ASSISTANCE TO CANCEL CONTRACT

I have been trying to contact the retentions department for the past 2 days to cancel my contract and I go through the whole prompting session which lasts up to 2 minutes and the line just goes dead after sounding like the call is being answered!<br> <br> I have been trying to cancel my contract since the beginning of Feb to which the agent could assist and asked me to call back - I have not been able to get through to the call centre every time ive called.<br> <br> Please can you get someone to call me back to cancel my contract ASAP!<br> <br> Thanks
