Cannot get a refund on money deducted for insurance I did not ask for!!!
<p>In November 2016 my bank account was debited for C-Surance which i had not taken out. I have sent numerous emails and made tons of phone calls and have still not recieved my refund. I had a response from someone weeks ago saying it would take 72 hours and still nothing!!!</p>
