Cannot change debit order date

I've been trying to change my debit order date since January ,each time I call 140 i am advised that the debit order date has been changed.Ive changed jobs and my salary date has changed.Cell C is debiting my account early resulting in unpaid charges on my bank account.PLEASE CHANGE MY DEBIT ORDER DATE TO THE 30TH OF EACH MONTH.I called again on the 28th to change the debit order date,i was advised the date has been changed.I called again today to my dismay the debit order has not been changed.Please changed my debit order date as a matter of urgency.<br> <br> Regards <br> Leona
