Cannot change current number to prepaid with Cell C

I have called numerous time to move my contract to prepaid and I need to port my number as my cell phone signal does not work in the place of work. When contacting the call center they keep on transferring me to the cancellation 082143 and my call is cut ,this is even after I have told them that it does this. I am now supper frustrated and unhappy with the service I am receiving. There is another ref which I will give but not here that is still not resolved according to the call center I spoke to today. I also want to be back dated as I am held to randsom now as I cannot contact the cancellations department and delaying the process.
