Cannot cancel contract

Have been trying to cancel my subscription service for the last 3 months. The 084 143 number does not exist even though the customer service agents say that it is. I have even tried cancelling the contract in store and told this needs to be done over the phone. The last time I tried cancelling the subscription I was told that I failed my own security questions, lol.

Thank you for the reply. I was attended to at 09h00 and could not take the call. I had advised Mpho to call at 11h00 to which he did call promptly at 11h00. Matter was resolved in 4 minutes.
