Cannot cancel Cell C Miassist

I have not had issues with my Cell C contract until now, I made the terrible mistake of agreeing to a Cell C Miassist app that I did not even register for. It did state that a 3 month payment would be a requirement should one wish to cancel, can't cry over spilt milk. But the service number AND email address provided go unattended or do not exist. This is billed monthly into my account and it is near impossible to cancel or contact someone to do so. Cell C's customer care cannot cancel on their end and the contacts they provide do not help much either. PLEASE remove this unnecessary bill from this less than useful app ASAP. I am at my wit's end trying to contact the relevant department. I DO NOT WANT THIS billed to my account this month. Please and thank you.
