Cannot Cancel Cell C Get It

i called in and requested for the cellc get it subscription to be cancelled, i was advised that i had to deal with GETIT directly, i asked for a direct number and was advised by the consultant that they rather put me through, they put me through and i spoke to an Indian lady who advised me that the subscription would be cancelled with out advising me that it would take 30 days. this was early June, when i called called end of June to query if the subscription had been cancelled i was advised by CELLC that it takes 30 days, i called again today ad was advised i need to speak to GETIT directly YET AGAIN, i was transferred and held on for more than 15minutes with no one answering my call.<br> i am completely appalled that cancelling has become such a pain in the neck, i dont even know what this GETIT is all about but i am paying for something i dont use let alone need.
